Discipline & Teamwork
Sturmgrenadier places teamwork as chief among its values. SG members and command staff pride themselves on a high level of coordination and a team-based approach to winning in a wide variety of online games. In order to make this level of coordination possible, Sturmgrenadier holds regular training for members in all aspects of combat, from squad level tactics to broad strategy.
Respect
All SG members abide by the Sturmgrenadier Charter. Members do not disrespect or otherwise insult other members or the gaming community at large. While some have called this approach stern, Sturmgrenadier has developed a reputation for maturity and thoughtfulness, and The Charter was developed to maintain this reputation.
Communications
Sturmgrenadier has a heavy focus on the appropriate use of communications for coordination actions between members, squads, and even allied outfits. Members are coached in the use of comm protocols for combat, and SG commanders coordinate in real-time Discord voice channels.
Camaraderie
Many Sturmgrenadier members have been with the organization for 10 or more years. Sturmgrenadier officers and members work to build high morale and a strong esprit des corps by holding assemblies in real-life, prize raffles, and working to build a sense of community. Additionally, when SG members have passed away in real-life, Sturmgrenadier takes time to honor them, comfort their families, and provide support. When William “Wiesel” Coker passed away, Sturmgrenadier members worked to get a memorial created for Wiesel within the WWIIOL gaming world. Members still commemorate Wiesel’s passing every year.
Leadership
Sturmgrenadier has a long history of promoting from within based upon merit and skill. Commanders are chosen based upon demonstrated ability to lead squads, platoons, or battlefields, not their status as a founder or veteran member. This merit-based approach to selecting leaders, rather than a time-in-service approach, has been a cornerstone of the Sturmgrenadier philosophy since before Planetside 1, and has helped to make the group’s expansion to other games successful.

We have been raiding heroic level content and securing the Ahead of the Curve Achievement for our members in every raid tier since Wrath of the Lich King.
EVE Online
EVE Online is Sturmgrenadier’s longest-played game, with over 16 years of continuous influence throughout New Eden. Traditional hallmarks of our gaming syndicate; organization and leadership, have propelled our in-game history to include participation in many of the defining moments of EvE gameplay.
During varying periods of play, our portal members have led or co-lead several alliances throughout New Eden, including Digital Vendetta, Nulli Secunda, and the Sturmgrenadier Syndicate Alliance. Our leadership is focused on providing the widest variety of available game content throughout all timezones.
Sturmgrenadier Inc. [SGHQ] corporation is the primary organization representing the Sturmgrenadier Gaming Syndicate in EVE Online. Our leadership is active and willing to train pilots who are new to New Eden and the EVE Online experience or reacquaint previous experienced capsuleer with relearning the game.
